Menus evolve with the seasons, reducing food miles and supporting the regional economy. In our kitchen, “fresh” means more than taste—it means respect for the land and sea that provide for us.

NATURALLY COOL
Harnessing the power of nature, we use an innovative water-exchange system to cool and heat our property efficiently. By drawing on the stable temperatures of our natural surroundings, we reduce energy consumption and minimise our carbon footprint—a sustainable solution that works with the environment, not against it.
OCEANWISE COMMITMENT
We've partnered with local organisations to reduce single-use plastics and protect our coastline. From eliminating plastic straws to sourcing eco-friendly amenities, every small change adds up. Our guests are invited to join us by refilling reusable water bottles at stations around the resort.
LOCAL ROOTS
We believe in giving back to the community that welcomes our guests. We source ingredients from local farmers, support nearby schools, and organise regular beach clean-ups with our team. In 2025, our staff collected over 20kg of waste from the shoreline—turning awareness into action.
